Hello,
My name is Januar, and I am a trained systems technician and a software engineer based in Dallas, Texas.
Through my technical expertise as a technician, I have helped troubleshoot advanced propulsion and auxiliary equipment, operated a 166 million gallons-per-day wastewater treatment facility, and logged over 30,000 hours of maintenance. As a software engineer I use my technical experiences to help solve today’s digital challenges!
Education
As a software engineer, I have sought many learning opportunities. At the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, I returned to school and received an Associate’s degree in Engineering in 2021. After completing my Associate’s degree, I enrolled in a formal Software Engineering Bootcamp and worked as a Software Engineer on contract for MSA Lone Star Council. Application development fundamentals, event-driven CRUD programming, RESTful API-based microservices, front-end JavaScript frameworks like React, back-end routing, and practical testing to troubleshoot complex problems are lessons I learned while aspiring to be a professional software engineer that I am eager to use at my next opportunity.
